Jo’s story

Jo England founded Ear Rescue with a belief that is both simple and powerful: that everyone deserves access to expert ear care, delivered with genuine compassion and clinical excellence. For Jo, this is not just a professional commitment — it is deeply personal.

“I was born deaf. Through treatment, I regained approximately 90% of my hearing. That experience is with me every single time I see a patient. When the NHS stopped routinely funding ear wax removal, Jo saw the direct impact on patients across Lincolnshire — people going months without treatment, struggling to hear, and unable to find affordable, professional care locally. She founded Ear Rescue to fill that gap: a specialist service with NHS-grade clinical standards and the personal, unhurried approach that private care can offer.
