Jo is friendly and puts you at ease. I was very apprehensive but really had no need to be. The whole process was painless and I’ve had no issues since. My hearing has improved, I don’t need the tv volume up quite as much. I will have a hearing test to check if my hearing is as good as it can be; I know it’s better than before. Wax removal is the first step towards improving your hearing and may be all you need. Jo is a trained nurse of longstanding and is thoroughly recommended.

Went to see Jo today and received the friendliest of welcomes! Put me at ease right from the get go as I haven't had my ears looked at before and was a bit nervous.
