4 August 2026Jo is friendly and puts you at ease. I was very apprehensive but really had no need to be. The whole process was painless and I’ve had no issues since. My hearing has improved, I don’t need the tv volume up quite as much. I will have a hearing test to check if my hearing is as good as it can be; I know it’s better than before. Wax removal is the first step towards improving your hearing and may be all you need. Jo is a trained nurse of longstanding and is thoroughly recommended.

19 June 2026Went to see Jo today and received the friendliest of welcomes! Put me at ease right from the get go as I haven't had my ears looked at before and was a bit nervous. Although in her home, it's a completely professional set up and I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Would highly recommended and I will be returning to see Jo in the future. I wish Jo well in her new venture.
